Live A Life of Purpose

"The greatest tragedy is not death, but Life without a Purpose" (Dr.Myles Munroe). 1954-2014

I Would like to use this post to Celebrate Two of the Greatest Kingdom Generals, Dr.Myles & Ruth Munroe who passed on recently while on their way to a leadeship conference in the bahamas.

Dr Myles often known for his passionate teachings on Purpose, Kingdom, Leadership, Marriage and much more lived his life as an Example of  a True Believer. You Loved with Pure Heart. Your Simplicity & Humility is second to none. You are a True Father.  the Fatherly Love You demonstrated to my husband and i is exemplary. Thank You for being such a Great Blessing to our Generation. We will Miss You.

We first met in March 2014 during the Dream Big conference at Royalty Christian Center Lagos,Nigeria and we are yet to recover from the Impact of your teachings.

You brought to our consciousness who we are in christ and challenged us to live a life of purpose and disappoint the graveyard by dying empty.

Thank you for the email you replied, for the books you wrote and the prayers you offered sir.

The world will never remain the same because you came.

INSPIRING CHANGE CHILDRENS DAY GIVE AWAY 2014

Children's day is here yay!!!! And that means we've got Fun times ahead.

I remember how much fun I enjoy yearly with my boys at their schools fare ground and especially considering the number of activities available for their enjoyment.

But come to think of it, no amount of toys or games will take them where Good education can take them.

So this year, apart from the fun and merrymaking on children's day, the Adesunmbo Adeoye Inspiring change Team will be Reaching out to Over 3000 children in Lagos.

Going by the killings and abduction of innocent chibok school girls for daring to say YES to western education, i and my team have decided to help lend our voices in deeds by distributing FREE study materials that will encourage learning as well as enhance knowledge.

Education is our right and I'll give all, within my abilities to help the less Privileged fulfill their educational aspirations.

Therefore on 27th May 2014 i.e "children's Day" being an excellent time, myself and my team will be reaching out to over 3000 school children by distributing some of our free ‪#‎InspiringChange‬ Educative Materials. So join us as we impact humanity.

I join the likes of Malala from Pakistan to stand for #GirlsEducation. Lets come together to encourage THE NIGERIAN CHILD. To pursue their Educational aspirations.

We already have in store materials for distribution, however, other needs include: More vehicles, drivers, and volunteers who can help ease the distribution channel.

Several Thousands of #freeExerciseBooks will be given out.You too can support this initiative. And Together we can do more. Kindly email: inspiringChangeInitiative@gmail.com or sms 08023199887 for enquiries.

You can also suggest schools that are in need of some of this free materials. We will be glad to visit and share some with them. #InspiringChangeWithAdesunmboADEOYE #WeSupportEducationForAll

Thank You.

The attendees came in their hundreds and where already seated by 9:30am

The conference started by 9:45am with an opening prayer by Mrs Abiola Ogbu and was immediately preceeded by the Nigerian National Anthem.

The host gave a brilliant welcome address and shared more light on the essence of the Esob Heroes inspiring change conference.

In attendance where women, Gentle Men, ladies and even the children were not left out as a care area was provided  for them to watch movies and have brain teasing games to play with while their parent listened and participated in the conference.

The lady mechanic Sandra Agbuebor was duly represented by some of her trainees and staff who gave an inspiring story of their humble beginnings in the experience sharing session.

The most incredible skill acquisition time was when the participants were taken through the process of replacing a deflated tire. We were thrilled by the passion with which they threw themselves into their work and were not afraid.

There was a short relaxation time where MC Packhage cracked the audience up with some lovely christian jokes.

There after, we had the girl talk session  which was moderated by the host : Adesunmbo Ajaba Adeoye, and had as guest speakers Media Personalities  who have managed to bridge gender gap in unique professions dominated by male counterpart, Weird Mc and Kemi Adetiba.

The Conference which was aimed at Inspiring women and celebrating the achievement of those thriving in their unique fields was indeed a huge success as participant took turns to ask questions. As Adesunmbo Adeoye shared the secrets of courageous women.

The Esob Heroes award, was also presented to the founder Lady Mechanic Initiative for her support towards reducing social vices and empowering women across the Nation.

The event ended with a vote of thanks and cutting of the international womens day celebration cakes  by the host, her team of co workers and volunteers joined by her husband Pastor Olatunde Adeoye, the senior pastor at Royalty Christian Centre, her mum and other special guests.

If you were not at the conference, you missed alot. It was indeed an inspiring and live transforming time with Adesunmbo Ajaba Adeoye and other speakers.

Happy International Womens day.
