The conference started by 9:45am with an opening prayer by Mrs Abiola Ogbu and was immediately preceeded by the Nigerian National Anthem.

The host gave a brilliant welcome address and shared more light on the essence of the Esob Heroes inspiring change conference.

In attendance where women, Gentle Men, ladies and even the children were not left out as a care area was provided  for them to watch movies and have brain teasing games to play with while their parent listened and participated in the conference.

The lady mechanic Sandra Agbuebor was duly represented by some of her trainees and staff who gave an inspiring story of their humble beginnings in the experience sharing session.

The most incredible skill acquisition time was when the participants were taken through the process of replacing a deflated tire. We were thrilled by the passion with which they threw themselves into their work and were not afraid.

There was a short relaxation time where MC Packhage cracked the audience up with some lovely christian jokes.

There after, we had the girl talk session  which was moderated by the host : Adesunmbo Ajaba Adeoye, and had as guest speakers Media Personalities  who have managed to bridge gender gap in unique professions dominated by male counterpart, Weird Mc and Kemi Adetiba.

The Conference which was aimed at Inspiring women and celebrating the achievement of those thriving in their unique fields was indeed a huge success as participant took turns to ask questions. As Adesunmbo Adeoye shared the secrets of courageous women.

The Esob Heroes award, was also presented to the founder Lady Mechanic Initiative for her support towards reducing social vices and empowering women across the Nation.
